Since there is only one person behind Lumina Lacquer, 1-14 business days is the usual waiting time for orders to ship.
Each order comes with tracking available via Paypal. Once it has been dropped off, Lumina Lacquer will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. If you need alternative methods to ship your package, such as signature confirmation - Please email me as it will cost extra due to USPS fees.
Lumina Lacquer currently ships worldwide and will continue to do so, but the international policy has changed.
Every international order will come with a receipt from Stamps.com and it will show you the tracking up until its departure from Los Angeles. Lumina Lacquer will not accept any of the risks involved. We cannot control customs and some countries do not come with the option to track the package. No packages will be refunded or replaced. Please do not purchase if you do not agree with the terms.
